Jeanie Roeder shared some of her favorites! Black bean soup with one can of vegetable broth, 2 cans of black beans one of them mashed,Supper: Black Bean Soup- 1 can veg broth, 
2 cans blk beans (one of them mashed), 
1 cup of salsa, 1tbs chili powder. Added together & heated on stove. Sprinkle with a little shredded Parmesan.

Toasted Ezekiel bread w/provolone, tuna mixed with 1tsp of mustard & chili powder, topped with spinach leaves, red onion & tomatoes.
